Terms and Conditions for Paw Pet Waste

Effective Date: June 14, 2026

Welcome to Paw Pet Waste. By scheduling, purchasing, or using our pet waste removal services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services
Paw Pet Waste provides pet waste cleanup l and related yard sanitation services for residential. Services may be provided on a weekly, or one time service.

2. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the service area.

Ensure all pets are secured or properly restrained and not in the service area during service visits.

Notify Paw Pet Waste of any aggressive pets, hazardous conditions, locked gates, or access restrictions.

Maintain a safe environment free of dangerous debris, chemicals, or other hazards.

If our technician determines that conditions are unsafe, service may be postponed or canceled.

3. Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring gates are unlocked and service areas are accessible on scheduled service days.

If access is unavailable upon arrival, the visit may be considered completed and the regular service fee may still apply.

Service schedules may be adjusted due to weather, holidays, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Weather Policy
Paw Pet Waste will make reasonable efforts to perform services during normal weather conditions. Severe weather, flooding, lightning, hurricanes, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.

Missed visits caused by severe weather may be made up at our discretion or combined with the next scheduled service.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the selected service plan.

We accept approved payment methods as listed on our website or invoice.

Late payments may result in service suspension.

Returned payments, chargebacks, or declined transactions may be subject to additional fees.

6. Cancellations
Customers may cancel recurring service at any time by providing at least 24 hours notice before the next scheduled visit.

One-time service appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Paw Pet Waste reserves the right to cancel service for safety concerns, non-payment, or violations of these Terms.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with a service visit, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability
Paw Pet Waste is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to lawns, landscaping, fencing, gates, irrigation systems, or property.

Damage caused by pets.

Delays or inability to perform services due to weather, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paw Pet Waste's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Pet Safety
While we take reasonable precautions, customers acknowledge that pet waste cleanup activities may involve entering areas occupied by pets. Customers remain responsible for the behavior, health, and containment of their animals.

Sanitation of tools is done with a water-bleach solution at least ten minutes prior to cleaning and rinsed with fresh water and wiped with clean paper towels. Technician's foot wear is treated ten minutes prior to cleanup with water-bleach solution and sprayed with fresh water to rinse and wiped with clean paper towels.

All pets must be secured and not in the service area while service is being provided.

Service will be declined if the client's pet, pets have a contagious or deadly disease.

10. Property Damage Claims
Any claim regarding alleged property damage must be reported within 48 hours of the service visit. Paw Pet Waste reserves the right to inspect and investigate any claim before determining responsibility.

11. Photos and Documentation
Paw Pet Waste may take photographs of service areas for quality control, documentation, training, or customer communication purposes. We will not intentionally disclose personally identifiable information without permission except as required by law. Paw Pet Waste will always send the client a photograph of a secured gate or fence along with photographs of the bags collected that day of service. Paw Pet Waste is not responsible for faulty gate latches, damaged gates, inadequate locking mechanisms or a hole or holes in a fence that a pet could escape from. Paw Pet Waste does not provide locks or security products to secure a gate, that is the pet owner's responsibility. All gates will be secured with the mechanism the client has provided.

12. Changes to Terms
Paw Pet Waste reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon posting on our website or providing notice to customers.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
